Alyssa Kuzma, director of events for the Texas Pongpong Association, told ABC News that the winners of the tournament were selected through a nationwide competition, which involves the judging of stories and a selection of stories from around the country.
The tournament was held in Austin and featured stories from all 50 states, including the U.S.A.
The winner of the best story in the Texas story category is Temuki Bola.
Kuzma said that the story was chosen based on the number of copies it has sold, and the popularity of the Meehan, Texas tale.
The story was named one of the Top Ten stories of 2017 by the International Business Times, and it became the second most popular story of 2017 in the U, and third in the world.
